(EMAILWIRE.COM, July 21, 2015 ) Johannesburg -- A choreographer of Dance Culture Studios recently shared the advantages of dancing. He comments, "Dancing offers numerous benefits that impact the complete wellness of the body. It's a healthy fun way of exercising that everyone should take part in from the young to the old.
However caution must be taken and the correct dancing shoes must be worn especially when executing dancing styles that one is not familiar with. At Dance Culture Studios, we offer a variety of dance classes for example Latin, salsa, hip pop, ballroom, ballet, sokkie dance, among other dance styles as well as the best dancing shoes."
He adds, "Dancing classes are much more enjoyable because they allow space for social interaction. People from different backgrounds get a chance to meet and dance together. People involved in dancing lessons get an opportunity to establish and develop mutual relations.
For instance, when dancing with a partner, it is important to establish trust because other dance steps will mostly rely on one partner. When dancing the same steps, it is vital to be well coordinated. Many of our dance students who start off as the shy ones, come out of their shells and become much more open and free to express themselves.
They body language changes from slouching to an upright much more confident posture. Their body language improves as well as their non-verbal communication skills become more positive and exude confidence."
The choreographer also explained the health benefits associated with dancing. He comments, "Dancing reduces stress because by dancing you will be working out the body. Research shows that dancing releases the endorphins chemicals that are the happy hormones.
Endorphins are released when exercising and they handle triggering a positive reaction as well as reduce the awareness of pain, they act as a form of tranquilizer. Be it you are dancing to your favourite dance track or dancing to an imaginary track in your head.
Or remembering your friend who has a stiff body who can't crack a single, simple dance move. No one can deny the fact that a smile all of a sudden can take over your face when you reminisce about your dancing experiences and encounters."
He adds, "Dancing is a very good for aerobic exercises, it involves a lot of use of oxygen and this helps in toning the most vital organ of the body the heart. Dancing raises the breathing, increases the heart rate and keeps the heart healthy.
Dancing strengthens the rate at which your heart operates. Going for dancing classes will help individuals who would like to lose nor even maintain their weight. However, a certain dance schedule has to be set up as well a proper well-balanced diet must be strictly adhered to."
He continues, "If you would like to tone your muscles you can by dancing. You can work your back, lower back, abdomen, arms and the upper body, the toning of your muscles mostly depends on the type of dance style that you are doing, the intensity and the schedule that you follow, so as to get the required results.
